What Are Your Business Hours?
Our hours of operation vary throughout the year but are generally 9-5pm. Check our Google listings for the latest information.
Are There Any Free Maps Of The Area?
We provide each of our customers with a Digital Mapping System! Check out trail systems and alternatives! You’ll be offered trails systems and options when you check out.
Is There A Storage To Keep Food, Water, & Clothing In The Machines?
Yes, machines have rooms for bags and other items near the floorboards. We do not allow strapping fuel to any of our machines due to safety concerns. No over-loading is allowed. We also have coolers available to rent.
How Long Will A Single Tank Last The Machines?
A full tank should last all day although depending on driving style, terrain, and payload.
Is Safety Gear Provided?
Yes, we provide helmets and goggles as well as life jackets for water sports.
What Is The Damage Waiver?
The Premier Damage Waiver Program is included for all Members. The program limits the out of pocket costs to $1,500, should damage to the vehicle occur during an experience.
What Should I Do If I Have An Accident While Riding?
If you are seriously injured, immediately contact 911 for help, or utilize the provided personal locator beacon if you are outside of cellular range. This should only be used in life threatening circumstances. If all members of your party are safe and not injured, call or text Customer Support at 435-220-5332 for the next steps.
Do I Need To Sign A Waiver?
Yes! You can complete the damage waiver online or in person upon arrival.
